The Panama Tourism Authority (ATP), as part of its strategy of following the recommendations of the 2007-2020 Tourism Master Plan, is contemplating projects for the central provinces for more than US$348.000, such as the signaling of surf destinations, which will be developed this year, published daily Panamá América.
The work, with a cost of US$23.900, includes 75 signs and 25 tourist signals for the beaches at the Pacific Coast, located in the province of Coclé. As part of the project is also contemplated the cleaning of the current dumping place in Antón and of the new sanitary landfill , with a cost of US$250.000.
For the development of the cultural tourism product of the province, the ATP has planned the Restoration of the roof of the “Basílica San Juan Bautista de Natá de Los Caballeros” for US$74.970.
Likewise they are supporting the” Fundación Siglo XXI de Natá de los Caballeros” in the design and development of a visitors center. |
